Job Opening Call Center Representative


CLARK RESOURCES is currently seeking qualified Call Center Representatives with preferred experience servicing members with Healthcare/Insurance experience preferred.
 
Summary of Position:
 
The Customer Service Representative handles inquiries from members, with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism for resolution. The Customer Service Representative offers alternative solutions when appropriate. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in typing, grammar and to have the ability to document details of the communication in our various computer applications.
 
 
SKILLSETS REQUIRED

  • Dependable – High attendance rate must be maintained
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Security Clearance and Criminal Background Check Required to be Clear/Clean
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintains a calm demeanor during high call volume or unusual events
  • Prior experience as a CSR in a call center setting, or equivalent
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Bilingual – may be eligible for enhanced compensation
  • Phone Etiquette
  • Customer Focused, Friendly, Personable, and a Team Player
  • Computer literate
  • Strong time management skills
